We maintain compulsory professional indemnity insurance for £3,000,000. This insurance covers all of our practice which is carried on from offices located in England and will extend to acts or omissions wherever in the world they occur.

Complaints -We are committed to high quality legal advice and client care. If you are unhappy about any aspect of the service you have received or about the bill, and you cannot resolve the issue with the fee-earner dealing with you matter, then please contact Julian Hutson 0208 232 9560, or e-mail jhutson@garner-hancock.co.uk. We have a procedure in place which details how we handle complaints which is available from Mr Hutson or from our website.
If you are not satisfied with our handling of your complaint you can ask the Legal Ombudsman by telephone on 0300 555 0333, e-mail enquiries@legalombudsman.org.uk or in writing to PO Box 15870 Birmingham B30 9EB, to consider the complaint. Normally, you will need to bring a complaint to the Legal Ombudsman within six months of receiving a final written response from us about your complaint.
